At Torch & Thorn, every item is made to order specifically for you. This allows us to maintain quality while reducing waste and excess inventory.

Order Processing

• All products are made to order.

• Please allow 1–2 weeks (7–14 business days) for order processing and production before your order is shipped.

• Processing times may be longer during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

• Shipping times are in addition to our 1–2 week processing period.

• Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup may be available for customers in the Windsor, Nova Scotia area when offered at checkout.

• Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted when their order is ready.
