Processing & Shipping

All items are made to order and require 1–2 weeks of processing time before shipment. Shipping times are additional and vary based on the carrier and destination.

Torch & Thorn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Custom or personalized items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at torchandthornco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
